List, run, and inspect portable skill evals.

## `skillset eval list`

List portable skill eval cases and their resolved target matrix.

### Usage

```text
skillset eval list [--json] [--root <path>]
```

### Options

| Option | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| `--json` | Emit exactly one versioned finite JSON result document. |
| `--root <value>` | Select the repository root; defaults to cwd or Git root according to the route. |

## `skillset eval run`

Run declared eval cases through local provider adapters without grading.

### Usage

```text
skillset eval run [--timeout-ms <ms>] [--json] [--root <path>]
```

### Options

| Option | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| `--json` | Emit exactly one versioned finite JSON result document. |
| `--root <value>` | Select the repository root; defaults to cwd or Git root according to the route. |
| `--timeout-ms <value>` | Set the run timeout in milliseconds. |

## `skillset eval status`

Show retained eval run status.

### Usage

```
